CSPG is a Pakistan-based independent think tank that aims to contribute to policy research, governance reforms, and strategic analysis. Our mission is to enhance Pakistan’s development by identifying political, governance, and security issues, and engaging in policy-based debate and analysis.

Our Mission

CSPG’s mission is to offer practical knowledge and policy recommendations on Pakistan’s political landscape, defense, and foreign policy matters. Our goal is to bridge the gap between academic findings, policy decisions, and public discourse by delivering sharp insights into socio-political realities, promoting effective governance through accountability, transparency, and sustainability.

Our Focus Areas

  • National Security and Strategic Affairs
    Responsible for postgraduate scholarly articles related to Pakistan’s security situation, focusing on counterterrorism, regional security, and defense.

  • Governance and Public Policy
    Providing policy advice and strategies aimed at improving national and subnational governance systems, promoting good governance, accountability, and institutional development.

  • Economic Policy and Development
    Analyzing fiscal measures, economic management, and sustainable development to address Pakistan’s economic crises.

  • Social Justice and Human Rights
    Conducting surveys on compliance with best practices in social justice and human rights issues in Pakistan.
